Life’s Purpose

Up until now, I’ve had the most challenging time even thinking of myself as a mother.

Yet these moments of quiet surrender, where the whole world begins and ends in one place, making me aware that I shared in creating this being persist.

My heart, my soul, my everything lives and dies with her beating heart and I’ve never been so eager to put out my own flame to light another.

For this I am grateful, because of this I am terrified and as a result of this my life’s purpose has begun.
